David Braham

Managing Partner

David Braham is the managing partner at WPL. He founded the business in 1994 and began shaping relationships with Clients that have lasted 25 years.

Martin Collier

Partner

Martin joined WPL in 1995. He has over 35 years’ experience working within retail, commercial and residential sectors of the Construction Industry and leads a team providing Design and Project Management roles to deliver national roll-out of refurbishment and new build programmes for blue chip retail clients. Also providing Building Surveying Duties, including surveys and Party Wall Awards.

As a Client Account manager Martin oversees a multi-discipline team with a hands-on approach to ensure that our clients expectations are achieved.

Gary Hynd

Partner

Gary joined the company as quantity surveyor in 2004 and soon rose to head up the department. In 2018 Gary was made a partner but still maintains a hands-on approach in Cost Management side of the business.

Dom Thomas

Partner

Dom has over 30 years experience in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services, which a focus on delivering challenging schemes on a tight programme in live environments. Dom was made a partner in 2019 and continues to lead the M&E Department.
